Rhyme

Definition: Rhyming in poetry is when the poet uses certain words in a stanza that sound alike usually at the end of a line.

Example: 
(In this poem the poet uses words like wall and fall so that it rhymes and entertains the reader) 

Explanation: Poets use rhyming in poetry to entertain the reader so they would read on and enjoy the poem. It would interest reader and depending on what kind of words they use to rhyme, different audiences enjoy them more or less.
